Service Description

This is for a 2 hour ADHD assessment and evaluation. Details are available on the ADHD Assessment page on my website. The price of scheduling the appointment, $175, is for the cost of the letter. The remaining appointment cost of $350 will be charged at the time of the appointment, to Aetna or Ambetter Coordinated Care insurance, or via credit card.
