***As of April 25, I have two spots for individual therapy, for every other Thursday at 3 pm PST and every other Wednesday at 10 am PST; I also have a waitlist form if that time doesn't work for you, and I also have group therapy, a course, and books!***

 Please note that I can accept Aetna insurance or private pay/credit card for the session rate of $150, and my sliding scale spots are full.

 

 If you have out-of-network mental health benefits through insurance companies other than Aetna, I can provide you superbills which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement (Premera and Regence are likely to cover this).    

 

Also, my groups are always open, and for those I charge $50 or pay-what-you can! If you are interested in either, please schedule a free 15-minute consultation!
