🌈 Sensitivity Reading Agreement Form

I understand this is a sensitivity reading service and not editing, therapy, or legal review. I acknowledge that payment is due before work begins and that turnaround times range from 2 to 8 weeks depending on word count. I agree to keep all communication professional and respect Kate’s lived experience and boundaries.

I retain all rights to my work. I understand that Kate will keep my manuscript and feedback confidential, and will not share or quote it without my permission.

Please note all emails that are not contract or scheduling related, once the contract has begun, will be billed at my hourly rate of $175, in 15 minute increments. Contracts begin after payment has been received.

All sensitivity reading payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to reschedule or delay, please email me as soon as possible. All requests to read revisions will have new agreement forms and be charged at the same rates as the original.
